ARPA-H Biomedical Data Fabric Toolbox

The ARPA-H Biomedical Data Fabric (BDF) Toolbox addresses the challenges of integrating and utilizing biomedical research data from diverse sources. It aims to improve the collection, interoperability, and usability of data from thousands of labs and hospitals. The BDF Toolbox focuses on advancing timely data collection, enabling large-scale multi- source analysis, and maintaining privacy and security. By overcoming barriers posed by incompatible data systems, it aims to accelerate data- driven health research across different diseases and disciplines.
